Welcome to House Of Celebs! We are delighted to host you and provide our venue for your celebration. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Usage
Your booking allows you to enjoy the venue for 2.5 hours.
The booking amount is non-refundable and confirms your reservation.
The venue must be used responsibly, and all guests are required to follow the guidelines.

2. No Smoking & No Alcohol Policy
Our venue is a strictly non-smoking and non-alcoholic zone.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

3. Food & Cake Policy
Bringing outside food or cake is allowed with a basic food tariff of 500 INR

4. Handling of Decorations & Setup
Guests must handle all decorations, props, and setups with care.
Bursting balloons intentionally, spilling cold drinks, or damaging props is not allowed.
Any intentional damage to the venue or setup will result in a ₹1000 penalty.

5. Cleanliness & Maintenance
Guests must keep the premises clean and avoid spills of food and beverages.
Any unnecessary mess that requires extra cleaning may result in additional charges.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations are not allowed, and the booking amount is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is permitted with a ₹500 penalty, provided the new date is within 1 month of the original booking date and is subject to availability.

7. Liability & Responsibility
House Of Celebs is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage occurring at the venue.
Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused due to negligence or violation of policies.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with House Of Celebs, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Failure to comply may result in penalties or denial of service.
